CITRIX HELP

If you see the following screen when opening Palmer's Company Law on the Citrix Metaframe server, you will be required to first install the Citrix ica client on your pc.

The ica client is downloadable here: http://support.sun.ac.za/Internet/Citrix/ica32t.exe
(click Run and follow the on-screen instructions)

For Linux and other users, please visit the Citrix client download page.

After install:

Grant Citrix access to your local hard disk when opening Scifinder Scholar the first time. 
Please specify Full Access (and that you would not like to be asked again).

Your local hard disk files will be accessible in Scifinder Scholar as a mapped drive.
