This conference – for the
first time in the African Continent – is the latest in a series of
highly successful Conferences organised since 1995 within Northumbria
University, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. The Information, Knowledge and
Systems research group in the School of Computing, Engineering and
Information Sciences is pleased to announce its seventh conference in
2007 and to issue this Call for Papers.
